Green olive pâté is a ready-to-use cream that can be spread on canapés and bruschettas or used to flavour starters and main courses. The pronounced flavour of nocellara del belice green olives, typical of our region, contributes to the flavour and body of the dishes with which it is combined. Prepared using only green olives, extra virgin olive oil and natural flavourings, our pâté retains all the taste and organoleptic qualities of the raw material.
