Black olive pâté is a ready-to-use cream that can be spread on canapés and bruschettas or used to add flavour to starters and main courses. The pronounced flavour of nocellara del belice olives, typical of our region, adds flavour and body to the dishes to which it is added. Made using only olives, extra virgin olive oil and natural flavourings, our pâté retains all the taste and organoleptic qualities of the raw material.
